Bought fog lights from him almost a month ago, and still have recieved anything. Ive sent about 5-6 emails to him, and received only one in response about to 2 weeks ago, saying he would give me the tracking number the next day. Still havent received anything.

I've notified paypal. He was in the classifieds parting out a B5 S4. So beware if you come across him.
