...but yes. Wingsuits can be made, rented, borrowed, or otherwise flown here in the U.S. Check with any of the major DZs. Out here, Perris Valley or Skydive Arizona. In the east, there's The Ranch, Crosskeys, etc. There are others in between... but you'll need 300 or so "traditional" jumps before anyone who cares about you will let you lay hands on a wing suit.
