ASP Engine mounts bad for block?

ASP Engine mounts bad for block?
I need new mounts for my b5 s4 and found ASP's billet/poly street series. I did a little more digging and a mechanic buddy said that all of the s4's he has seen using billet mounts ended up with cracked blocks or broken mount arms.
Is this true? I am aware of the significant increase in vibrations, but will the street series mounts end up costing me 8 grand in parts to replace my motor?
If so is the best choice rs4 hydraulic mounts, or what about those density 034 motor mounts with the rubber inserts?

I have 034 streets in my car and love them. Only fear is they will fail the same as my stockers where the posts cracked out of the bottoms. I think if I were to do it again I would go with the stern soft set. Just put a car together with these and they are sweet!

Our Stern motor mounts are by far some of the most popular mounts on the market. They're available in soft or firm. We've got 'em in stock!
