but it was only the 2nd WOT run, so I think the car was still getting used to the new ICs...

What software are you running?
I ran 5.6 FATs w/MTM
5.1 APR
4.9 AMS (current) iirc
Of course, all done in different weather - my #s are all in that fats database - oh and stock IC (and darintake).
