Boost Leak--> Identify this Check valve??
For reference: 2001.5 S4 2.7t Stock, Automatic Tranny
So I've noticed the car seems a bit sluggish at lower RPMs/using less gas both from driving and also logging actual and specified boost mbar. I came to the conclusion that I must have a boost leak and put together a tester myself and called up a buddy with a couple of air compressors, hoses and attachments.
After a little while, found the first one directly under the Y pipe there was a braided line that had a huge cut in it. Fixed. Tested again and found another leak coming from a line/valve that I was suspicious about for awhile because plastic on the thing had melted onto the vacuum T it was connected to.
General area of the vacuum in question. This is just off to the right below the Y-pipe. As you can see, just above this valve is the PCV valve that connects to the Y-pipe
Does anyone know what part this is? It looks like it could be a regular old check valve with a T on one end, but I haven't found any part like that.
Probably the closest match I've found is a Vacuum check valve from ECSTuning, but it appears a bit different because the valve I have has a yellow colored T that connects this valve to 2 other hoses, whereas this ECS one is one whole piece..
Thoughts? Is the ECS valve maybe an updated part? Or maybe the yellow T on my car was once covered with rubber hose but a previous owner cut it off or something? Thanks!

For anyone searching through archives, I think it is indeed the same Vacuum Check Valve that I posted above from ECSTuning (part no. 078611933B). Ordered one from genuinevwaudiparts.com for $26.71 after shipping.
