Bose sound vs. CD Changer
My dealer tells me that a CD changer is included with the Bose system and need not be ordered separately. In other words, the changer is an option only for the base sound system.
This doesn't seem right to me. Does anyone know for sure?
I know the common wisdom is to buy an aftermarket CD changer, but I plan to lease and it seems more economical to build the cost of Audi changer into the lease rather than to pay cash and give it away after three years.

Re: Bose sound vs. CD Changer
I have an S4 that the dealer says I will be driving home by the end of the month. (woohoo!)
I agree that the CD changer being included with the Bose system doesn't sound right. I went over the options with my dealer and got the Bose system ($650). I also got the CD changer, which was quoted to me as another $550. So it sounds to me like they're seperate, or else he better knock off $550 from the final price.
Does this sound right to anyone else?

How many options are there for aftermarket changers? (more)
I have the Honda factory alpine changer in my del sol, and it would be really nice to be able to use the same cartridges in my S4.
Also, anyone know how much of an issue there is w/ getting an aftermarket changer's "output" to match the "input" of the head unit? Maybe it's a non-issue, but I know that if your speakers don't match your head unit, it will work, but it won't sound right.
