Default Bought the A8l for my DD, keepin the s4 for track, i need weight loss and track advice

I finally picked up an a8l for daily driving. If it gets boring or feels slow, i always have the little honda. Anyways, i was going to sell my S4 however with 85K miles and in need of some basic items(o2 sensors, cv joints, tranny rebuild, interior redone) i didnt think i could get much $. Its 2001.5 no sunroof and no heated seats.

So anyways i have a crapload of stage III parts sitting in the office. What are your recommendations for track specific suspension and exhaust. And how would you go about losing weight since the interior is crappy.

I currently have bilstein adjustables and dual milltek. I also have asp downpipes sitting in a box

Is the B5 platform reasonable for what i want, a dedicated track car and can i make it light enough to satisfy.

Will an entire interior stripping make much of a difference?

add: 1 racing seat(or 2 if you like passengers) and corresponding number of 4 or 5 point harnesses.
