Can someone please tell me if there tach needle...
bounces while you try to start your car( ie turning the engine over waiting for the engine to go vroom) . I am trying to diagnoss a no start condition in my car and want to rule out the RPM sensor because the engine needs the signal from this sensor to get it to run. Thanks for the help.
