Default Auto Dimming mirrors?

So I am 99% sure my Auto dimming mirrors are not working. What is the best way to check these things. Car is going to have have a few little things sorted under CPO and would like to figure out if they are working.

Cheers,
Jim

Default Go drive around at night, when headlights hit your mirrors, they get a green hue to them....

They will turn back to looking like a regular mirror when nothing really bright is shining into them. Sometimes it takes them a min or so to recognize the bright light, but when it does change it's almost instant.

Or, at night, get a buddy to point his headlights at your mirrors and hit the high beams, if they don't turn green shortly, there is probably a problem when them.

Hmmm...yea...don't think mine are working. They always have a brownish look to them both during the day as well as at night. I have tried putting my finger over the sensor at night for a min or so and then taking it away and they do not change at all.

Cheers,
Jim

Put your thumb over the sensor on the back right corner, they'll darken noticeably.
