when I totaled my 4 runner insurance only........
gave me 150bucks of a $600 clifford alarm/remote start system and would not cover the $500 labor charge by cartoys 1 month prior.
i don't understand why they won't give a buy back option?

WHAT? First, a 115k Is not a LOT. Second, I have a 4000 with 235k and it still runs well. I have a 200 with 135k and it is just nicely broken in. Tell them your car is just like new and is not a Ford or Chevy. Hell, when I bought my 4000 it had 135k and it drove and looked great.
