Car won't start after battery was disconnected for two weeks

I'm having the same problem. Disconnected the power wire of my battery and then pluged it back in and it has the apr performance tune. Before I had a solid check engine light now I have a blinking check engine light and a epl light on as well and it won't start. What do I do

I don't have an APR tune, so I don't know the procedure for fixing this. Does your tune have the immobilizer feature? Sounds like you'll need to enter in your code, to unlock it
