Default Yes, I bought 1J0-959-654-AG from 1stvwparts.com

It was a single peice and I think the steering sensor is integrated into it. (my assumption)

Default BTW, great experience dealing with 1stvwparts.

I bought an extra part that was not needed. Even though their website indicates a 20% restocking fee, Zeb is going to wave it =)

The M12 star bit is also known as a triple square bits, they can be found at auto zone or advance auto in a socket kit.
