yes, otherwise you would need a reducer, i think this will seal/protect better.

Could you fit a hose clamp on the turbo side also?

Default yes and no, it binds up a little

the 2" coupler fits perfect, the k04 turbo side already has the rubber o-ring, then you have to jam the silicon coupler on there pretty tight, it was tighter fitting than the oem inlet housing when i pulled it off,
i also snug'd the safety wire a lil to make it even tighter, "thin wire you twist for bikes and exhaust wrap"

dont forget this is a vacuum side so "no boost pressure" and the intake vac will pull it even tighter.

i just took the loose turbo and cut inlet to the local hydraulic rubber and gasket supply and matched up what i needed . pretty EZ

Default on the trader new/used, had to have one sent out/ compwheel replaced and rebalanced

i have around $1250 invested in the k04s

Default nothing yet, however it would not be hard to make customs where the plastic charge pipes run up,

maybe later...

Default Nice, like the idea. Hopefully it works out for you. You don't want to have to swap out

those inlets for K04 inlets down the road. It's a PITA. They fit tight enough with the motor out of the car...lol
