Cylinder #4 misfire
Hello s4 fam, I hope someone has some insight to this question. My s4 is misfiring on #4, I found the wires on the #4 igition plug to the coil pack have broken insulation and where touching. I taped it up with electrical tape rated at 600v so I went around 2 times to get 1200.
Does anyone thing teh dielectric strength is still not enough to insulate the wires from each other? I'm not sure what the voltage is from the POS.

I'm not sure I understand - you insulated the wires and are still getting a misfire on #4 or did wrapping it solve the problem? The way I understand it, the high voltage leads are housed in the coil pack, so the wires leading up to the coilpack shouldn't need heavy insulation to be safe.
