Default Does any one know how to erase the crash codes on Airbag controller?

... I have Airbag light on after removing airbag without disconnecting battery. *****!

buy some special software from some dude in europe then charge people 50-100 a pop to do it for them pretty much. if im ever in NJ ill do it for u for free

vag com will not clear crash data fault in airbag controller that are the cause of a accident.You need the right software to do this job.If they are not crash related you should be able to clear them with vag com.

I see.Seems like e didn't get into an accident tho.he said he just unplugged one of them while battery not disconnected. When that happens i am usually able to clear them with vag-com.Weird sometimes tho.

Vag Com & Ross Tech cable

Takes 3 minutes to complete

But the airbag system is ok and will pop during accidents!

yeah, I didn't get into crash.. just did engin pull and install along with entire dash pull with Airbags. I have a vag but it doesn't clear crash codes.. only fault codes.

If its crash data you have in the aigbag module you need specialized software to erase them of contact ebay member ate1234 they will be able to help you for a fee and youll need to send them the module so they can reset it.
