OH yea, same thing happen to me first weekend I had my car back. Infact I was gonna warn you about it. The increase in airflow blew a hose off. After that I figured I'd be chasing boost leaks for the next couple months but so far it was the only instance.


Check them hoses, son

It was easier than I expected actually - the sensor on the TBB was installed with the angled part facing forward so it came in contact with the hood when it was closed. Basically the sealing glue on the bottom was degrading and the pressure from the hood did the final work, causing the top and bottom parts to separate. I superglued it, sealed it with some gasket maker, and installed it facing the right way - runs right again.

Whew!

I just ment a bit nuts on the new clutch. Granted as long as he isn't going too crazy he won't damage it.

Not too crazy.

I was under the impression that the ceramic clutch didn't need a lengthy wear-in time like the Kevlar?

Ohh, right on. Yeah, they don't require the heat cycling of a kevlar. I have to give you **** for something man. lol

What did you ever do with that spare HP2?

haha -I've still got it lying around somewhere. I can build half a car with all the stock parts I've got.
