Default EVAP leak - how do I fix it?

I finally found what has caused Bank 1&2 lean, random and every cylinder misfire, and EVAP leak codes - a slowly tearing hose on the back of the head.

The thing is, I don't know how to replace it, or where to get one!

But it you are standing, facing the firewall, its right under where #9 is in this diagram. And it's the hose on the left.

Any thoughts?

Default do you have a tip and that hose is under the mani ? or just under the Y pipe?

take stuff out of the way until you have access to it.. very simple , but it sounds like you should find someone else to do the job ( good independent euro shop near u ).
