To fix or not to fix?

To fix or not to fix?
I've got a 2000 S4 with 85,000 miles. I've been the only owner. I'm planning to replace it soon, but it needs a significant amount of work -- replace catalytic converter, replace ABS control module, replace flasher control. Total cost of repairs would be between $2000 and $3000.
Other than those very big problems, the car is in great shape for its age.
Here's my question: should I repair the car before I sell it or sell it as is now? Which route will be easiest and most profitable for me?
Thanks for any advice!

Have you replaced the timing belt yet? If not, it should be done and that's another $1200 or so.
If you're set on selling it now or relatively shortly, then just put it up for sale on AW, AZ, or QW and you'll probably find some enthusiast who is perfectly happy to buy it even with the repairs needed. Those repairs can be done much cheaper if you're into DIY, and an enthusiast out there who would be looking to replace the downpipes anyway won't care about the problem with the cats.
Good luck!
