Franken K04 Driver Oil Return/coolant woes + inlet issue
Hi I finally got around to installing my Franken K04s on my 2000 s4. I got em both mounted up all the passanger turbo lines mount up without issues. However when I got to the drivers side the oil return line and coolant line overlap each other and both won't fit at the same time but either will fit. Part of the issue is the clip on the oil line but even if removed it still would overlap. Everything from what i've read no one has had any issues mounting these. I don't want to bend or twist that oil line but seems if I flipped it around it would work but I don't know how well it would seal as I don't want to put everything back and have to re do it all cuzof a leaking oil line. I read something somewhere about the center cartridge maybe not being in propor rotation but this was for someone with first gen rp turbos that were not fitting right. My other issue is with the passanger side inlet pipe. It will hit the front of the motor. In the pics it's not poped on the seal but even when if it were pretty sure it will not clear should I grind it? Could be a bad inlet? They are steel inlets from vast.
