Default Getting timing belt done soon. Anything else while she's in?

My 01 just rolled 77k this week and people have been telling me it's time to get the timing belt changed. I talked to the local Audi guru and he said anywhere between 75 and 90k is fine but the sooner the better.

Is there anything else I should have replaced/inspected while she's in pieces in the shop?

Take a look at your motor mounts. You can add an aftermarket snub mount. Maybe inspect your hoses.

You might want to replace the mechanical fan with and EFK. Also, I'd replace the spider hose, cam seals and valve cover gaskets if you notice any oil leaks on the back of the cylinder head.

I didn't replace them and I started leaking oil about 25k later (i'm on my 2nd timing belt though).
