Got diagnostic codes P1129 and P1127, whats the damage?

Got diagnostic codes P1129 and P1127, whats the damage?
The title explains it, my MIL was on and its idleing plus/minus a couple hundred off and the car went to restricted mode and only will boost 5psi, however, sometimes after im driving it a little while it will boost back to 15.....any idea what this means?

Yeah man, its your mass airflow sensor, you can pick one up at a parts store and it takes 2 minutes to clip it in. Dont go to a garage, they tried charging me 350 to do it and i got one for 147$ and snapped it right in.
