Corner balancing...
...is ideally what coilovers are to be used for. Because of the adjustable spring perch, you are able to adjust weight distribution. With a perfect left/right balance, the car will handle the same when turning left or right and will be more predictable. But, for most street-driven cars, it's not all that necessary. With a fixed-height spring/shock assembly, corner balancing is not possible.
