how much for my Stg3 S4 - need to get an automatic
My S4 is in "storage" these days, and doesn't get driven much because my mom can't drive a manual. I think I need to get something in an auto -- I'm thinking a C5 4.2 or s6.
What do you think I can get for this:
original owner 2000 silver/silver S4
- 72K miles
- about 10K miles as AWE Stg3
- AWE RSK04 stg3, incl K04s and fueling
- RS4 clutch
- piggies + zoldmans
- Miltek 3" catback
- Stoptechs
- APR bipipe/710Ns,
- VAST drivetrain stablizer
- plus more...
I would also accept a good swap.

Ahhh, tough to say, tough to say. I would love to trade for my tip... but I'm sure you wouldn't want that.
Big bonus pts. for oringinal owner.
bonus pts for stage III. w/ fueling.
Unfortunatly stage III probabaly wont mean much unless they are a B5 enthusiest. I would say your looking at 1/3 to 1/2 the price of the stage 3 on resale. I'm assuming you had a Timing belt job done at the turbo install, otherwise subtract fair amount. Say half of a TB job.
So stock S4s are going for 8000ish at a dealer could be up to 10000?. It al varies on the area. (Plus the econ. being in the tank and all)
+1250 to 2000+ for org. owner and lower miles. (maybe a bit more maybe a bit less)
+2500-5000 for stage 3. (if your selling it to a b5 enthusist you could capture a bit more, but only if they don't wanna go thier own route)
I would think you should ask someting around 15,5-16,5 but expect less. There seems to be alot of people trying to sell stage 3 cars for 17000 and 15000, and I don't see how any one new to B5s would pay that much, especially these days.
Of coarse this is just my opinion on the matter.
I would take a look at what other people are getting for there stage 3s, check the classifieds and ebay. there are a few for sale right now.

well, I'm living out of the country and not getting home nearly as often as I thought. So the poor car is just sitting in the garage begging for someone to take it out for a spin. I really should find it a new home...

I think the stoptechs are a big bonus too man. If i didnt have an s4 already then i would say 18$. I think your best bet is to ask for offers, then you will find some1 willing to pay what you want. Its low miles, stage 3 and it has stoptechs. Thats alot of money in upgrades.
