I know this picture is pretty poor quality but it's the best I have at the moment. The ground he's talking about is right between the rear attachment points for the coolant tank. Might want to take the tank loose to really gain good access to them for cleaning and tightening.

Edit. Ok, I cleaned the grounds with sandpaper and rubbing alcohol tonight. It didn't solve my problem. But it was worth a try. Thanks guys.
