Default Help! My B5 wont start. Fuel pump Relay clicking?

Hey Folks.
I'm new here. I was driving my car home yesterday from work and I pulled into a parking lot to drop someone off and all of a sudden it cut off. Not a bad place to break down! I tried resetting the ECU by leaving the battery cable off all night and it didn't work. I took a video to help explain the problem. Watch:
In retrospect, it's a terrible video. I'll Do another if I find a fix
Thanks,
Ben

Default Check Fuel Pump

Gonna take a shot here, when you turn the key to the on position, you should hear the fuel pump run for just a second then shut off. If you do not hear the pump cycle, chances are it has failed or locked up. If you don't already have one, invest in a VAG. Working on these cars is nearly impossible without the ability to access the ECU, for trouble codes. Good luck and let us know what you find.

My friend is loaning me his VAGCOM so I'll get you a screen print. Read an article about how easy it is to access the fuel pump so I'll connect my meter to it and see what happens when I cut it on.

That was the fix! Seems like it can happen pretty easily. Might be good to clean and check that connection if you have a B5. Hope this helps someone!

B5S4MONSTER, no it was 3 grounds that had come loose on the firewall behind the coolant expansion tank.
