I just moved from New Jersey to Southern California (the Fullerton area) a few months ago. I live 45 miles from work and with CA gas prices, I decided to save my 2001 B5 S4 the beatdown of daily commuting. So I got a beater to drive to work and for when I go out at night. Because of this, my S4 has been sitting around for months now. I've decided that insurance and payments weren't worth it because I NEVER drove it.

So I'm here to pick your brains and see what specialists/enthusiasts think. What's my 2001 Audi S4 worth?

- 159,xxx miles. The engine was replaced at 95k miles; there was an oil leak that the dealership couldn't figure out. After three failed attempts to fix it, they just replaced the whole thing.
- GIAC chip.
- 17" Rial Nogaro wheels.
- Brand new Eagle GT 225/45R17 tires (April 2011).
- All (four) new O2 (Oxygen) sensors (December 2010).
- Replaced both EGT (Exhaust Gas Temperature) sensors (November 2010).
- Replaced the timing belt, water pump, and thermostat at 139k miles.
- Replaced the N75 (purge) and N90 (turbo frequency) valves (November 2010).
- New Bilstein shocks (February 2011).

I have all the paperwork and all of it has been done either at a dealership or at an Audi/VW specialist.

If you were me, how much would you ask for it?

assuming you have all the paperwork and maint is up to date, you have a somewhat high mileage chassis and ~65k motor (im guessing theyre the original turbos though) and mild mods... i think id ask around 7-7.5k and see what kind of offers i get.

Good rule of thumb: Start with the kbb values and add 10 percent to start. You'll get nothing extra for the Bilstein shocks.
