How do you pronounce Nogaro?

Default How do you pronounce Nogaro?
My salesman pronounced it with a long "a" and it sounded funny to me. Is the letter "a" long or short. I thought it was NogAHro.

With a Canadian accent. (add "eh" at the end if we need to keep that generalization alive!)
