the cap that covers the headlamp washers - it wont snap on when the washers are retracted. and even with a friend turning them on, they only pop up for a split second, not long enough to snap the cover on. whats the best way to put them on?

Just carefully pull the washer up. It'll snap on once it's up. Be gentle.

I've also pumped air through the washer lines and they pop up from pressure.
