How many Km is too many?

How many Km is too many?
I'm looking at buying a B5 S4, i have looked at a few most of them in pretty good condition, some of them had a lot of kilometers on them. I was wondering how many kilometers is too many. I know after so many km on certain vehicles everything starts to crap out. any problems like this with the b5 s4s?

Well, I have a 93 UrS4 and it just turned 314,000 miles. Just the usual timing belt services, oil changes, routine maintenance etc. When I purchased years ago was said to be lightly modded "euro turbo and manifold, magnaflow exhaust, Big reds." I added ASA 17"'s various tire mfgs e.g. BFG, Sumitomo, Falken, Kumho, etc. I do not baby her either. Routine jaunts to 6k+ in 2nd to keep her cleaned out. Regular oil analysis also.
Paint got faded on hood/roof/boot so I gave her a new spray in 08.

Oops...Am I a schmuck or whatt!!?! Oh well..
But anyway, you might wanna check out the C4 platform also. ALOT roomier than the B5. And I bet there aren't many 2.7T's that are over 200k, not to mention 300k.
