MSRP for a 6-speed, dealer said possible discount for tiptronic...
I am buying an S4 from the same dealer and salesman that I bought my '97 A4 from, he told me up front there wouldn't be a discount and that I would probably get more money if I sold my A4 myself instead of trading it in. Fair enough, I just want the car! 
He told me there _may_ be a slight discount ($1k or so) if I bought a tiptronic, but that is not an option for me.
Discounts might depend on how much the car is in demand in your area, my dealer already had a bunch of S4 orders and Audi's are popular around here.
