Default Huge thumbs up to Autospeed! My car feels insane (more)

I first got the ASP fueling kit 3 or 4 months ago. I live at 6,000 ft or so and the software didn't want to work so well up here initially. I could only get 14-15 psi and it just didn't feel that much faster than when I was 2+. I was beginning to doubt the hype...

After some logging with NigelS4 (thanks Nigel!) he figured out that I had some o2's on the way out. So I replaced those. The car felt a bit better, but maybe it was just in my head. The next time I talked to Mark about the problem he had me send my ECU for their new 24 psi revision. After some waiting I got it back and tossed it in with a TCD. Better. I was seeing 21 psi peaks and holding the boost till redline, much more power than before. Then last night, after unhooking my ECU (and everything else electronic in my car to try and fix a battery draining problem), my car awoke! I don't know what did it, maybe the ECU finally adapted. As I was leaving a stoplight I shifted into second gear and floored it just as the traffic in front of me cleared- the boost built so quickly and the power came on so heavily I backed out of the gas. WTF? So I got into it again and the boost climbed like crazy to 24 and held to about 20ish at redline. Holy hell, it was unbelievable how hard and fast the power came in! I did a few more pulls and all seems to be working in top notch fashion, smooth, strong, fast as hell. I am once again in love with my car. It's fvcking amazing.

Thanks Mark this fueling ROCKS!

Default I assume you were logging these first WOT runs...

In no way a knock against ASP, but given your situation with being up in the higher altitudes and having already had some problems with sensors...I wouldn't be comfortable going WOT with 24psi and not knowing what was really happening. Sorry, don't mean to be such a spoil sport, glad you're happy with the car

Default how does the asp software work?

can you switch between multiple programs? if so, are you currently running 93 octane?

and does asp not have a race fuel program?
