are this valves safe for our S4?
Looking to do the k04 upgrade. what do I need other than the turbos and inlets. anything else

If you plan to go full stage 3, you will also need:
larger maf housing
tune
fueling
DV's
upgraded turbo back exhaust (including DPs)
upgraded clutch
accordion hose
"should" have upgraded intercoolers/meth
And lots of spare $$$!
Usually going stage 3 costs from 7-10,000 bucks

maybe someone else has more to add to the list?

Never heard of those Dv's - got a link to the product page? Most people just go with the upgraded OEM DVs. Forge is also a popular upgrade choice.
