Default i think he'd get closer to 18-19

avant = desirable
6 speed = desirable (i know tip is worth more, but in re-sale that's not the issue)
black car = worth more

Default that's just it; it ain't totaled. Front end cosmetic damage only. Frickin' sand storm.

Car runs like a beast.

Default I also recently totalled my 2000 s4, that's the going price

Insurance was USAA, and they happily added in sales tax and 60% of exhaust, the only thing I had done within the last year. It had suspension and lots of other goodies. The settlement price was the same as yours. Made a good downpayment to the new S4...

It's the current fair price for our cars.

Decent service, especially after having run up $750k in claims in the last 30 months with them.

Default Just sold one, bought another. Prices inside . . .

Sold: 2001.5 6sp avant, 85k miles, great condition, $16k

Purchased: 2001.5 6sp Avant, 47k miles, great condition, $18.5k.

Both cars had a few mods -- Stage 1 software, bipipe, etc.

Would you consider a salvaged 01 for 10k?
