If upper oil pan seal is replaced, would it be easier to get the downpipes off the car or are they

Default If upper oil pan seal is replaced, would it be easier to get the downpipes off the car or are they

in unrelated areas? Also, with a lift how long should removing/installing downpipes take? Thanks a lot.

Default When dealer did my upper pan seal, I was told they dropped the subframe

I don't think they took it completely out of the car, but dropped it a couple inches. Seems to me this would improve access to the DP area and make the job a little easier. Don't know if this would translate to less $$ for you, but doesn't hurt to ask.
