I work at a Nissan delear, so I have access to the Lease Prophet computer that has all makes and banks for leasing. I decided to see if the S4 numbers were in there yet. I ran a few leases, the first being a 36 month with 15K per year with $3000 down total (what I planned to do) and the best AFS payment came in at $710!! It drops to about $620 at 48 months and $550 or so at 60 months! I am in shock! I expected a max of $600. BTW, these numbers include tax and CA DMV. The Audi website showed much lower numbers. These leases were run at MSRP $40000 and invoice at $35700 or so. This is at sticker of course. Has anyone run real S4 numbers at a dealer? I will have to pass on this car and keep my A4 if I have to pay over $700 per month. HELP!

I have been playing with AFS's numbers, and Chase and GE-CAL, and the bottom line is the residual values SUCK. I understand outside banks with low numbers, but Audi Values should match the TT. I am praying they come out with Residual enhancements as a launch program, but I am not holding my breath. I think Audi will be stuck with some S4 as they have given this car the lowest values in the line-up!

A slight increase in residuals would be really nice. I want to lease an S4 for X months...and then buy it later...no I cannot afford to buy now (no big down payment currently available). It sure would be nice if you could raise the residual values about 4-6% on S4 launch.
