k what is the differenence between the X and XR flash, how much would it cost to upgrade it??
and the VP109???? HUH??? sorry never ever heard of that before and have always wondered wtf is the diff. between X and XR for GIAC

You have been on GIAC for sometime, so the damage is done....:) get ready for blown turbos
If you want to go MTM route, I would recomend their stage2+ chip rated at 350 hp. It has about 10-15hp more than giac x on same set up, but run 0.2 bar less boost pressure. They are hard to get and you will need 5bar FPR.

VP109 is race gas (liquid crack). XR runs higher timing maps to take advantage...
but should only be used with 100 octane or higher. The regular X file will still take advantage of the higher octane but just not quite as good as the XR. Many people have the GIAC switcher which allows them to change between X and XR.

yea, thats what i feared originally, but had it for about 10k, maybe little less and turbos still
sound fine, minus the louder whoosh sound, but thats just normal w/ the higher requested boost. hopefully by end of summer i'll be stage 3
