Looking to trade in '01 S4 with VDO boost gauge (steering wheel)...

and "chip". Do I replace the ECU with a stock one? Remove the boost gauge? Does it matter with 100k miles? I don't really have the time to go through selling it private party. Any thoughts?

post a ecu trade maybe? why not yank the boostgauage out? shouldnt take a couple mins,
