Default If you come YOUR DRIVING!!!!

For sure! Would love to have you drive my car and giving me some feedback. I can't believe it's been probably a good 4-5 years since I first met ya at the XX-tuning dyno day.

Default I appreciate it...

I'll certainly take you up on that offer, and I know you've made the offer before. Let me know the next time something like this is going on and we'll get together for it.

Default ;p...LOL

Yeah Scott's car is going to be insane. Markski is actually the one who convinced me to go Protomotive on my 996TT. The 6speed community reminds me a lot of this one but a bit older. I've met some very cool people both here and there....

Default oh, *you* added the Protomotive kit?

for some reason, I thought it was on when you bought the car. Tell me more... did you happen to dyno before after? what's the claimed HP/TQ? enjoying it?

Default Yup.. just got the turbos installed about a month ago...

I dynoed at AWE in the fall and put down 434 at the wheels with just chip and exhaust (before protomotive kit).
Since then I've added quite a few mods including EVO intake, Protomotive K24/18G Hybrids, upgraded wastegates and a few other odds and ends.
A friend of mine with a GT2 and the same exact kit but with larger intercoolers and EBC put down the following last week on AWE's dyno...
Temp. was 80 degrees.

1st run - 556 rwhp/ 542 tq @ 18.8 psi ( 1.3 bar )
2nd run - 595 rwhp/ 563 tq @ 20.8 psi ( 1.43 bar )
3rd run - 589 rwhp/ 577 tq @ 19.4 psi ( 1.34 bar )

Needless to say this was on cam2 fuel and also with the EBC turned up some. On 93oct I am expecting to put down around 530-540 at the wheels. Which is well over 600 a the crank. I got a chance to run a F430 two weeks ago and walked it quite easily. Check out my link below for a full explanation of my project... Needless to say I am very happy with the way the car is now. I am planning on going to the Protomotive 700 kit in the Fall which adds larger intercoolers, FI's, TB, Intake and a bunch of custom piping. Should be a beast!

My Project Diary

Default very nice Alan

sounds amazing. Didn't know you had a Cayenne also. Flipped through some of JohnDII's photos (I'm naturally attracted to the yellow and he's got a pretty sick garage. Nothing crazy, rather the opposite, more like a library. sheesh! ;-)

I certainly look forward to a ride

Default Thanks!

Yeah the Cayenne is the Wifey's but sometimes she "lets" me drive it... LOL

John's garage is awesome isn't it? Probably cleaner than most peoples homes...
