Default Need opinions on choosing a car

Hey guys I have narrowed down my search for an s4 to 2 cars but just want some opinions on which you think is a better deal.

The 1st one is a 2000 silver with 138,000 miles for $6800 new clutch, new brakes, new transmission, new tires, new turbos, and a catback exhaust, I drove it and couldnt believe how smooth it rode and shifted. It was owned by a mechanic who specializes in audis.

The other 1 is also a 2000 silver but only has 103000 miles for $9000 from a audi dealer. It has new rs4 wheels, apr chip and apr catback exhaust, its a one owner car but still has the original clutch and turbos. I'm driving it tomorrow but I'm nervous that I'm going to have to do a lot of repairs on it.

I'm going to buy 1 of these within the next couple days so any advice is appreciated. I'm kinda leaning towards the cheaper 1 what do you guys think?

I'd go with #1, condition is more important than mileage, but make sure you have the car checked out by someone who knows B5S4s.
