Not really much difference between 2+ and 3-
Just adding turbos does not actually add more power. You need to tune/fuel them to get the power.
I have actually seen dyno losses by just adding turbos and not changing anything else.

Which is the problem with the "3-" designation. (more)
3- simply means they added turbos but no fueling/tune. So once you add a tune and fuel adjustments (FPR) it really isn't just 3- anymore More like 3= (since not full 3 or 3+)
