If you are going Stage 3 by choice, you can just have the oil lines inspected and cleaned.

Default I did my feed lines even though my K03s did not fail. I figured for the extra money it was worth it

especially because I have a 00 which were prone to heat issues because of the line routing. If you don't decide to get new ones at least make sure the old ones get cleaned out.

Default IIRC, MY2000 cars also have smaller diameter oil lines, which is a good idea to replace while ...

going Stage 3.

Not needed unless yours are clogged, I've asked around many times. Just clean them

With the 2001.5 you have the updated line. Clean, inspect and reinstall.

Default I believe it is the outlet side that was made larger in 01.5. At Honeywell (Garrett) we would

have issues with the oil not getting out of the center housing fast enough. This is because the outlet hole and line needs to be very large since the oil has to move with almost no pressure. The inlet is pressurized so it's usually not a problem.
