ok, got another question. metal hitting metal sounds from rear suspension
i noticed today everytime i hit a bump on the driver side only, the car makes a metal hitting metal sound. Its got to be something in the suspension but i cant find it. I'm gonna put the car on ramps tomorrow and beat around there until i can find something that resembles the sound. It is definitely metal hitting metal and is only on the rear driver side. Any suggestions on what this could be. I'm pretty sure it is suspension because i've already kit the exhaust quite a few times to check for a loose bracket. Basically, what i want from you guys is suggestions on where to look. are there any known bushings or any suspension parts that wear down... or maybe axle boot?

ok, thanks fo the shout out!!!!! do you know much about the reverse grinding issue:
ONLY reverse gear grinds when engaging. i can do the 2nd to reverse and it doesnt grind, only when i go straight into reverse. i've stfa to see that it could be the input shaft, synchro, or air in the master cylinder.... but no one was clear on which one of those
