Default one more question?

I was trying to finish up putting my car back together the other night when i was torquing down everything except that the torque wrench i borrowed from auto-zone didn't ****ing work and my buddy broke the bolt of the idle wheel pulley.(and yes he know how to use a torque wrench. we tested it on another bolt and the clicking noise was quieter than a mouse pissing on cotton.) we managed to get the bolt out but the cam sprockets or crank walked on me. when i got the idle wheel pulley back on and pulled the pin my tick marks didn't line up. there was enough tension but i think when i tensioned it back that it rotated the cam sprockets more than likely. just to make sure i put the harmonic balancer back up to it and sure enough i was off it seemed 2 clicks. i was using a cam locker bar that i borrowed but returned it because i thought i was done with it. should i turn the crank and try to turn i back to top dead center? if i do that it does not seem that the cam sprockets will line up like they should (as not being level or that the cam locker bar wouldn't fit). i can get my hand back on the cam locker bar do you think it would help if i tensioned it back up with the bar on so the sprockets couldn't walk? if i did this would i have to rotate the crank to top dead center.

what should i do?

any input would much appreciated--- chase
