Oozing rearview mirror (Pics inside)
I noticed a big bubble in my review mirror while driving home from work yesterday. It wasn't there when I left the work parking lot, because I back out of my parking spot when I leave, and didn't notice it then.
Seems like the bubble moves around, because now it's in a different shape then it was yesterday.
It's really annoying because I frequently use my review mirror, and now it makes weird shapes.
I searched for other posts on this topic, but didn't find anything useful.
Any suggestions? Prices on new/used? What makes them go "bad"?
Thanks in advance!

that's because there's nothing useful other than 1) live with it, or 2) get a new mirror. maybe find
a compass mirror to replace with.
that fluid is part of the auto-dimming mechanism. i think some folks have drained it out and just used the mirror.

Thanks for the replies. I'm going to check out how much a new one costs tomorrow.

I'm surprised this is a fairly common problem.
Does anyone know the process of draining out the liquid?
