Default Passneger side...

bottom intercooler hose too short? Trying to help my mechanic figure out why the stock bottom intercooler hose is about an inch short from connecting the AWE intercoolers. I've seached and have found nothing on this. Both intercools are in perfectly as far as we can tell, all hoses fit perfect except the passenger bottom one. Can I just buy a longer one? Where? Fabricate a tube?

you could do the tube thing. I've never heard of this problem before though, have you asked AWE about it? Some sort of manufacturing defect or something?

AWE were scratching their heads as well. They said these intercoolers are made in batches and no one else has reported this issue. Maybe I just have a stange audi hose under there.

The logical thing is that the intercooler is not in the right position, nothing else makes much sense.
