rather odd sound, havent had an oppurtunity to look at it yet. maybe someone here could identify it?

rather odd sound, havent had an oppurtunity to look at it yet. maybe someone here could identify it?
last night i was pulling into the garage, and coming from the under the car there was a sound similar to the 'wheel of fortune' wheel knocking to stop. or when you were younger and put baseball cards in your spoke but slightly deeper tone. i couldnt look at it because it was 3am, however im still curious as to what it may be?
recent maintenance was dealer performend and included replacing both wheel bearings, and upper control arms. however i really havent driven the car since, its been sitting in the garage. thoughts?
