i have not take them out yetn no idea what is the problem I will look at it tonite.

Default True. But if it is a loose dust cone you can carefully remove it and the brittle glue with a pry

tool and re attach it with rubber cement or something similar with a little give to it. Bout $3.00. 1 hour job.

Default Not that the Factory system is lacking.....but I'd love a little more bass.

....Adding this to my "looking into it" list. ;-)

I fixed both of mine with Loctite 7min Epoxy, and they can take quite a beating now.
