Yours looks great...Def. hotness on an Avant, complemented nicely by your RS4 reps...
A little drop and it would look even better...Also it looks like you lined it up very nice...I guess i'll pull the bumper off in a couple months and see if i can line it up better.

Hacking just made them fit at the front of the bumper. This nice tight fit at the front
only will help air get to the ICs. I've seen some people just trim the stock rubber shroud which is much easier.
On a seperate note, I don't know how well the AWE shrouds work since the exit of the shroud covers only a portion of the IC. I thought the AWE shroud exit area would be much larger than the stock exit area but its not. So I might just put the stock rubber ones back in there which will make putting the bumper on easier since the rubber just flexes out of the way in places of interference.
