a few options.
custom fit the RS4 fenders onto teh sedan body ala many widbody conversions (like the rojo cars and chadblock)....OR widebody kit form seidel (like _rl) or was it SGI? personally i think teh OEM with the custom work looks nicer and more integrated and less bolted/pasted on...but i'm sure you could get someone to blend teh SGI/seidel ones nicely. the one in the pic is a car from a dtm autohaus employee(or former employee?)...one of the better non OEM RS4 widebody integrations i've seen. you should try contacting that person directly if that is the exact look you are going for.

I know Strictly Foreign has a body kit that includes flares. See if you can buy in pieces.

They look like the same flares that are on that DTM Autohous front trac A4...

They look like they were just smoothed in on the the picture you posted... I don't know, there not on DTM's website, but everything else on her car is their products .... maybe a good place to start at least
***EDIT*** I never clicked you link.... yes, that is the same car... it is a DTM Autohaus car,,, it is now painted purple... they are sold through DTM I believe.
