suspension issues

I have the same setup as you, but my shocks are sleeved rather than grooved. ECS's sleeve kit
gives you unlimited ride height adjustability--as would coilovers. However, my car has sat as low or lower than yours without any issues. Check to see where you're rubbing. First off, your car looks awesome at that stance and rolling the fenders could be an inexpensive and very easy solution as opposed to running out and spending an extra 200 dollars for the ECS sleeve kit. I'd be happy to answer any more questions for you.

PLEASE leave it at that height. Like others said, it is PERFECT. Roll your front fenders...
and you are set. Believe me. It will not look that good if you raise it anymore. Roll ROLL ROLL!

Your problem is not your suspension it's your tires. They're too big.
Some tires, including Nittos, are not as rounded off at the edges so going with a wider tire will cause rubbing. If you had 225/40/18 you'd have no problems. I'd say roll your fenders. That's your cheapest option right now.

Looks pretty good...
I don't think I have any advice that hasn't already been said.
I am curious though if you had any other pictures of the car. I'd love to seem more angles of the DTM's. I've been going back and forth on those wheels. Sometimes they appear to be small and other times the seem perfect. Some pics of the side at 90deg or 45deg would be great.
